Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to the website at northexis.com, which is run by Northexis Limited.
Using this website
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- move around the whole website using just a keyboard
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings, including high contrast modes
- turn off animation, by setting your device to reduce motion
- use the website with JavaScript turned off
- listen to the website using a screen reader
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
- the captions on the videos in four of our Insights articles and on our Vena page are generated automatically by YouTube and have not been checked
- the video player and the page for booking a meeting are provided by other companies, and we cannot control how accessible they are
Feedback and contact information
If you need information on this website in a different format, such as large print, plain text or an audio recording, or you have any other accessibility need:
- email hello@northexis.com
- or use the form on our contact page
We’ll consider your request and get back to you within 5 working days.
Reporting accessibility problems with this website
We’re always looking to improve the accessibility of this website. If you find any problems that are not listed on this page, or think we’re not meeting accessibility requirements, email hello@northexis.com or use our contact page. It helps if you tell us the web address of the page and what the problem was.
Technical information about this website’s accessibility
Northexis Limited is committed to making its website accessible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2, level AA, as the standard for this website.
Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 AA standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.
Non-compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA
Four of our Insights articles, and our Vena page, include videos hosted on YouTube with automatic captions:
- Accountex London 2025 - Everyone Hates Your Budgeting Process
- FP&A Tomorrow Podcast with Paul Barnhurst, The FP&A Guy.
- Sales planning triangulation for SaaS.
- Unnecessary innovations: The Northexis Device.
- Our Vena partnership
The captions on these videos are generated automatically by YouTube and have not been checked, so they may not be accurate. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.2.2 (Captions, prerecorded).
None of the six videos on this website has a transcript or audio description, so they may fail success criteria 1.2.3 (Audio description or media alternative, prerecorded) and 1.2.5 (Audio description, prerecorded).
We will update this statement when this changes.
Content that’s not within our control
Some content on this website is provided by other companies:
- the video player, which loads from YouTube only when you choose to play a video (until then, the website shows its own picture of the video and a link to watch it on YouTube)
- the page for booking a meeting with us, which is provided by HubSpot
We have not tested these for accessibility and cannot fix problems in them. If either one causes you a problem, contact us and we’ll help you another way.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
Every change to this website is checked automatically before it is published. The checks include colour contrast, the keyboard focus indicator, text alternatives for images, and how long animations last.
We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make a significant change to the website.
Preparation of this accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 26 September 2026. It was last reviewed on 4 October 2026.
This website was last tested on 26 September 2026. The test was carried out by Northexis.
We tested every page of the website:
- with an automated accessibility checker (axe-core), against WCAG 2.2 levels A and AA
- by moving through each page using only the keyboard
- at a width of 320 pixels, which is the same as zooming in to 400%, and with increased text spacing
- in a high contrast (forced colours) mode
- with animation turned off, and with JavaScript turned off
We also tested each type of page with a screen reader (Windows Narrator in Microsoft Edge): the home page, an Insights article with a video, the contact form, the menu on a narrow screen, the cookie choice and this statement.
